AI Brand Sentiment

AI Brand Sentiment is the part of Ayzeo that reads every stored AI answer about your brand and shows what the engines praise and criticize you for, in the answers' own words: each theme carries its count and opens the exact statements and the answer they came from.

What AI answers hold for and against your brand, in their own words: themes, the statements behind them, every brand in your market, and the trend.

Overview

What AI Brand Sentiment does

A brand can be visible in AI answers and still be described the wrong way. One "often criticized for support" in a ChatGPT answer reaches more buyers than most review sites, and nobody tells you it is there. The Sentiment page turns the tone of every stored answer into something you can read in a minute: a praised-for panel, a criticized-for panel, and the exact quotes behind every number.

Phrases that mean the same thing are grouped into named themes after every run, so thousands of individual wordings become a handful of topics. Every theme, phrase and count opens the statements behind it, and every statement opens the full AI answer it was taken from. The Brands tab shows the same reading for every brand the engines name in your market, and the Trend tab shows how the tone moves and which themes are new or growing.

What it includes

What you get with AI Brand Sentiment

Praised for

What the engines praise you for, grouped into themes with the answers' own phrasing. Each theme carries its count and opens the phrases inside it, then the statements, then the exact answer.

Criticized for

Negative statements are rare and precious: typically a fraction of a percent of all statements. The page shows every one, with the prompt, the engine and the date, so a reputation problem is a quote you can read, not a score.

Statements, not scores

No opaque 0 to 100 score. Every number on the page opens the statements behind it, and every statement opens the stored answer it came from, so you can judge the context yourself.

Sentiment by brand

The Brands tab lists every brand the engines name for your prompts, with positive, neutral and negative counts and the same drill to quotes. The theme fingerprint puts your themes next to your competitors': what they are praised for, and where they take criticism you do not.

Trend and movers

The Trend tab shows the tone per day, the themes that are new or more frequent than in the previous period, and the sources the negative answers consulted most, so you know where a narrative is coming from.

Readable in English

In a project whose language is not English, themes carry an English label and every quote translates on demand. The counts never change: translation is a reading aid, on every plan.

How it works

How AI Brand Sentiment works

Sentiment reads the answers your project already collects. There is nothing extra to run or pay for.

  1. Your prompts run as usual

Sentiment is read from the stored answers of your existing runs. It spends no extra prompts, runs or quota.

  2. Statements are extracted and checked

Every answer is read for statements about the brands it names, each with the quote that carries it. A quote the answer does not actually contain is discarded.

  3. Phrases become themes

After each run, the recurring phrases are grouped into named themes, in your project's language and English, so the page reads as topics instead of thousands of wordings.

  4. Read, drill, act

Open the Sentiment page from the Sentiment card on the project dashboard or AI visibility. Click any count to its statements, any statement to its answer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI Brand Sentiment

What is AI brand sentiment?

The tone AI answers use when they talk about a brand: positive, neutral or negative, decided per statement with the quote that carries it. Ayzeo aggregates those statements into praised-for and criticized-for themes, per brand and over time.

Where does the sentiment data come from?

From the stored answers of your project's normal runs. The page itself spends no prompts, runs or quota, and the history you already collected is included from day one.

Is sentiment a score?

No. Every number on the page opens the statements behind it, and every statement opens the exact stored answer. A single compressed score hides more than it shows; quotes with counts are something you can act on.

Can I see competitor sentiment?

Yes. The Brands tab lists every brand the engines name for your prompts with its positive, neutral and negative counts, and the theme fingerprint compares what you and your competitors are praised and criticized for.

My project is not in English. Can I read the themes?

Yes. Themes carry an English label, and every quote can be translated to English on demand. Counts and classifications never change: translation is a reading aid.

Who can see the Sentiment page?

Every member of a project, viewers included, on every plan. For an agency, that makes it a page a client can read on their own.
