We offer limited refunds within 7 days of purchase only in cases where our service has demonstrated technical failure or inability to perform as advertised. Refunds are not available after you've accessed premium features, downloaded reports, or generated content. Each refund request requires a detailed explanation and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
