Every project gets core features like SEO/GEO analysis, AI prompts, and team collaboration. Limits and premium features like white-label reports depend on your plan tier.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
You get full access to all Pro features for 14 days with Starter-level usage limits. A credit card is required upfront but you won't be charged until day 15. You can cancel anytime during the trial, or activate your full Pro plan early to unlock higher limits.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or add more projects at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.
What if I need more projects?
You can add unlimited additional projects. Starter users pay $39/mo per project, Pro users pay $49/mo per project (with white-label). Contact sales for Enterprise volume pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro trial users can cancel anytime during the 14-day trial at no cost. For paid subscriptions, we offer limited refunds within 7 days of purchase only in cases of technical failure or inability to perform as advertised.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and other payment methods.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can switch your billing cycle when renewing your subscription. Yearly billing saves you 20%.

Every plan includes ChatGPT and Google AI Overview — the two most-used AI platforms with over 2 billion users combined. They are enabled automatically on all projects at no extra cost. For broader analysis, you can add Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok as add-ons for $29/month per model per project ($280/year with yearly billing) from your Project Settings. Enterprise plans include all add-on models as standard.
Can I see performance per AI model separately?
Yes. The Citation Analytics dashboard includes a model selector that lets you view visibility rate, citation rate, mention rate, and sentiment separately for each enabled AI platform. This reveals gaps that an aggregate score would hide — for example, high ChatGPT visibility but low Google AI Overview presence points to a Google-specific indexing issue, not a general brand problem.
