What AI Answers Praise and Criticize Your Brand For
Every Ayzeo project now has a Sentiment page: what AI answers hold for and against your brand, in their own words. Recurring phrases are grouped into praised-for and criticized-for themes with counts, every count opens the exact statements behind it, and every statement opens the stored AI answer it came from. It reads in a minute, covers every brand in your market, and spends none of your prompts or runs.

Why the Tone of AI Answers Matters
Being named in an AI answer is only half the story. The other half is how the answer talks about you. One "often criticized for support" inside a ChatGPT recommendation reaches more buyers than most review pages, and nothing notifies you that it exists. A brand can have a healthy Mention Rate and still lose the comparison in every answer that names it.
Ayzeo has always classified every statement about your brand as positive, neutral or negative. What was missing was a place that turns thousands of those statements into something a person can read. That place is the Sentiment page.
The Sentiment Page in One Minute
Open it from the project sidebar, or click the Sentiment card on the project dashboard or on AI visibility. Three tabs:
- Themes: two panels, Praised for and Criticized for, with the answers' recurring phrases grouped into named topics, each with its count.
- Brands: every brand the engines name for your prompts, with positive, neutral and negative counts, sortable, your row on top, and a theme fingerprint that puts your themes next to your competitors'.
- Trend: the tone per day, the themes that are new or growing against the previous period, and the sources the negative answers consulted most.
Everything drills down. A theme opens its phrases, a phrase opens its statements, a statement opens the full stored answer with the sentiment phrases highlighted. Nothing on the page is a number you have to take on faith.
Themes and Statements, Not a Score
Many tools compress brand sentiment into a single 0 to 100 number. The problem: a score of 74 tells you nothing about what to fix, and most brands' scores cluster in a narrow band anyway. Ayzeo deliberately shows statements with counts instead.
Negative statements are rare: across our customer base they are typically well under five percent of all statements about a brand. That rarity is exactly why they deserve to be read one by one. When a project has only a handful of negative statements, the page skips the theme view and shows you each quote directly, with its prompt, engine and date. A reputation problem becomes a sentence you can read and act on, not a dip in a line.
Every statement also carries its evidence: a quote the answer does not actually contain is discarded rather than counted. And every number on the page states its basis in words: the latest answer per prompt and engine in the window you selected.
Every Brand in Your Market
Sentiment is relative. "Can get expensive" hurts less when every alternative gets the same criticism, and "most intuitive" counts double when nobody else earns it. The Brands tab lists every brand the engines name for your prompts with its own positive, neutral and negative counts, and the theme fingerprint compares what you and your competitors are praised and criticized for. That is the pitch an agency brings to a client: they win on price talk, you win on build quality, and here are the quotes.
The Trend and What Moved It
The Trend tab shows the tone per day over the period you choose, and more importantly, which themes are new or more frequent than in the previous period. A new criticized-for theme with three statements is worth more attention than any average. Below it, the page lists the sources the negative answers consulted most, with their type, so you can see where a narrative is coming from: your own site, an editorial review, or a community thread.
Reading It in English
A German project's themes arrive in German, a Turkish project's in Turkish. Themes carry an English label from the start, and a Translate to English switch translates any quote on demand. The counts and classifications never change: translation is a reading aid, available to every member on every plan.
What It Costs: Nothing Extra
The Sentiment page reads the answers your project already collects on its normal schedule. It spends no prompts, no runs and no quota, and your existing history is included from the first visit. It is part of every plan, for every project member, viewers included, so a client with view access can read it on their own.
Acting on a Negative Theme
- Read the statements. Open the theme and read every quote with its answer. Half the time the criticism is specific and fixable: a price page that reads ambiguous, a feature the answers believe you lack.
- Find the source. The Trend tab's source list shows where the negative answers read. Your own site in that list is the fastest fix; an editorial or community source is an outreach target.
- Fix the page, then watch the theme. Update the page the answers rely on, and watch the theme's count against the previous period. Tone follows sources with a delay, so judge in weeks, not days.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do I find the Sentiment page?
- In the project sidebar under AI visibility, or by clicking the Sentiment card on the project dashboard or the AI visibility page.
- Does it use up my prompts or runs?
- No. It reads the stored answers of your normal runs. Your existing history is covered from the first visit.
- Why is there no sentiment score?
- A compressed score hides what to fix. Themes with counts and the exact quotes behind them are something you can act on, and you can verify every classification yourself by opening the answer.
- Can I see competitor sentiment too?
- Yes. The Brands tab covers every brand the engines name for your prompts, and the theme fingerprint compares your themes with your competitors'.
- Which plans include it?
- Every plan, for every project member, viewers included, the free snapshot too.
