How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every Pro feature for 14 days, with the trial's limits: 3 projects, 20 prompts each, 3 content pages and 5 one-off prompt runs a day. A card is required, and the first charge of $149 comes on day 15 unless you cancel before ($1,430 for the year when the trial was started with yearly billing). Set your organization to Agency to use dashboard branding and 15 prospect scans total during the trial. Trial users cannot buy scans; Switch to Pro now starts paid billing and replaces the trial scan allowance with 30 scans once payment is confirmed.
What counts as a project?
One project tracks one website or client brand in one market: its prompts, competitors, runs and reports. Separately tracked markets need separate projects. Starter includes 1 project and Pro 3. An additional project is $39 per month on Starter and $49 per month on Pro, 20% less with yearly billing.
Which AI engines are included?
Every plan includes ChatGPT and Google AI Overview. Google Gemini, Perplexity AI, Claude and Grok are add-ons at $29 per month per engine and project ($280 per year with yearly billing), switched on per project in Project Settings. DeepSeek is available on request at the same price. Enterprise includes every add-on engine.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members per project, so you can invite your whole team, and your clients as read-only viewers, without the bill changing.
Are dashboard branding and prospect scans included?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include your logo and accent color in the dashboard, plus 30 prospect scans per month for the whole paying account, shared across its organizations. Enterprise shows your branding in every organization; on Pro, and for prospect scans on both, set Organization Settings to Agency. The Pro trial includes 15 scans total. White-label PDF and Word reports are also included; scheduled delivery sends PDF only and its emails retain Ayzeo attribution.
How do prospect scans and top-ups work?
One scan is one website, one market and one selected AI engine. Running it again uses another scan; reopening a saved result is free. Only a successful technical check and AI answer use a scan. Included scans reset on the monthly subscription anniversary, including on annual plans, and are used before purchased scans. Active Pro and Enterprise accounts can buy 25 scans for $25, 50 scans for $50, 100 scans for $100. Purchased scans carry over. Automatic top-up is optional and off by default; its starting settings buy 25 scans below a balance of 5, with a $100 monthly cap the owner can change.
Can I track more prompts than my plan includes?
Yes. A Prompt Pack adds 10 prompts to one project for $15 per month ($144 per year with yearly billing), stackable, on Starter and Pro. Enterprise limits are set per account.
Can I see results per AI engine?
Yes. AI visibility has an engine selector that shows the Visibility Rate, Citation Rate, Mention Rate, Sentiment and Avg. Position for each enabled engine on its own. That reveals what the average hides: a brand can be visible on ChatGPT and absent from Google AI Overview, which points to a Google-specific cause rather than a general one.
Can I switch plans or billing cycles?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Pro or add projects at any time; changes are prorated. The billing cycle can be switched when the subscription renews; yearly billing saves 20% on the plans and on additional projects.
Do you offer refunds?
During the trial you can cancel at no cost. For paid subscriptions we offer limited refunds within 7 days of purchase, only in cases of technical failure or inability to perform as described, reviewed case by case; the Terms of Service have the details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Starter and Pro are paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise is billed by invoice.
